Online Shopping

There is no commitment to a purchase agreement between you and Depot Mosaic until you receive a confirmation from Depot Mosaic.

Delivery & Insurance

We will send you the goods as soon as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Meulebeke, Belgium within 2-7 working days. All orders are depending on availability of the products. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation. When your order has been shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number of the order.

 

For delivery costs, please look at the information on the website or when checking out for payment. In case of impossibility to deliver at the destination, please contact us.

 

Depot Mosaic insures every purchase during the time the order is on its way to the customer. We need a signature to verify receipt. From this moment, the goods are your responsibility.

Refund

If the product is returned, the value of the returned product will be deducted from the purchase price and then that residual value will be refunded to you. The refund will be made within 14 days.

Any damage to a pallet, boxes or tiles should be reported and documented with photos to our e-mail address: info@depotmosaic.com within 48 hours of collection.

 

  • Non-collected goods

 

Shipping costs are not refundable for uncollected or refused goods. So please provide correct and clear information about the deposit point.

 

  • Disclaimer for liability

 

We cannot guarantee that all products on the webshop are available at the time you place your order. Depot Mosaic cannot guarantee that the content of the site is free from imprecisions and typographical errors at all times. We can also not guarantee that all available information is up-to-date. Depot Mosaic can change the content of the site at any time.

Returning packages

  1. Please inform us within 14 days after you received your order that you want to return it. Please include some pictures.

  2. Send us the goods in the original packaging within 14 days since you notified us of the return.

  3. The costs for returning the products are for you, and will not be refunded by Depot Mosaic.

  4. You will receive a refund within 14 days after we have received your notification of return. The return will not be refunded until we have received the goods or have received a proof that the goods have been shipped.

  5. If the goods are not returned in their original packaging or condition, a deducted amount may be refunded.

General conditions for returning goods

You have the right to change your mind and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You are obliged to inform us of this before the period of 14 days is exceeded. Please contact us at e-mail: info@depotmosaic.com if you wish to return goods. After receiving the goods, you may carefully examine and try out the goods within a period of 14 days, but only in a way that one would view this product in a physical shop. If the goods show signs of excessive use, you will be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods. After verification, the full purchase price and original shipping cost will be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 days. The return will not be refunded until we have received the goods or have received proof that they have been dispatched. The cost of returning the goods is not covered by us but will be paid by you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that you repackage the goods properly and securely to prevent any further damage to the products. Make sure that the original packaging of the product is intact. Keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of return. Goods that have been custom-made cannot be replaced. The cost of returning the products is for you, and will not be refunded by Depot Mosaic. On the site www.depotmosaic.com under the heading prices you will find the estimated delivery cost per country.

Damaged goods

We hope to provide all our customers with quality goods. If there is something wrong with the product you received or if the product does not match to the corresponding order (wrong product or defective product), please contact us by e-mail: info@depotmosaic.com When sending us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible, including order number and some pictures of the delivered products. If there is something wrong with the product, it is advisable to notify us of any defects as soon as possible. You may either be sent a new product or receive a discount or refund. This will be decided case by case. If you are returning damaged or wrong goods, please contact us by e-mail. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that you repackage the goods properly and securely to prevent any further damage to the products. Make sure that the original packaging of the product is intact. Keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of return. Goods purchased in a commercial discount offer cannot be replaced.
